Spy Hunter

What other game lets you drive a spy car complete with guns, missiles, oil slick, and smoke screen? A driving game with a twist, Spy Hunter is great fun.

Spy Hunter arcade games are notoriously finicky, but mine has been pretty well behaved. I had a series of issues with the cheap squeak deluxe PCB that plays the Peter Gunn theme, the most interesting of which is the failure of the D/A converter.

Most recently, I replaced all of the header sockets on the power supply board, and re-pinned the two large mating plugs at the top. Reliability has improved.
