What a great pinball! What a difficult multiball!
This black hole came to me broken and very dirty. The primary issues were battery acid damage to the clock circuit and corroded ROM sockets, but it needed much more. I replaced coils, diodes, transistors, capacitors, and switches as necessary. One of the displays was bad, and another was repairable. There were multiple issues with the (six!) pop bumper driver boards. I repaired and painted the backbox bezel, and replaced the lower level plastics. The flipper mechs were actually in decent shape, so I just re-sleeved the coils. The spinner motor was shot, so I upgraded. New lights and rubber, of course.
Black Hole has such a fantastic backglass, with the two mirrored glasses, spinning disk, and chase lights. It's truly a sight to behold.
